I am giving up one of the world's most precious commodities to write this... time spent sleeping. Not that I sleep very much nowadays. It's more like thinking with my eyes shut. sometimes I plan, when I'm smart I trust God for the plan. Lately I think a lot about love, or more specifically LOVES, because there's so many too choose from. Seriously, take a minute to be honest with yourself and think of how many things that you put in "top priority" your life. I can finaly say without smirking or feeling weird that I love my best friends, but how many times have I put them on hold for something trivial? I love my daughter, and I would easily trade my life for hers, but how often do I go to bed without remembering to pray for her? I think that my point is ( and I'm not even touching my shortcomings with loving God) that our community needs to LOVE ONE ANOTHER. "Go out into the world and make disciples..." How? "Teach them as I have taught you" So we show and tell Jesus. "and this is how they will know that you are my discples"... you know the rest. Sounds good on paper, huh? Get up tommorrow with a NEW purpose...LOVE.

I promise that I will write something cool tomorrow...

This morning I got up to go to my EIGHT HOUR intensive class, and I found a less than pleasant surprise outside. Apparently at some point in the early morning hours, someone had shrink wrapped the doors of my truck shut! Now, some people would be angry at such behavior, but I happen to be a youth leader, so I'm pretty much game for anything. Plus they did such a good job



how could you be angry with such fine craftsmanship? Much better than the TP jobs they've pulled in the past. My splendid birthday blade sliced through the wrap like butter,and I was on my way with the quickness. But don't think that there won't be some form of retaliation!!!
